It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

TOKO product uses real silver and gold. We recommend an easy hand polish using a microfiber cloth and jewelry specific polishing compound. That said, consider the idea that patina adds to the character and story of your piece. Most of us in the company embrace that look and philosophy.

Warranty
All Toko products are guaranteed for one year from purchase date for all manufacturer defects. Unused products can be returned for refund. Used products can be exchanged for a replacement.
